Refund Policy

No-Refund Policy with Limited Exceptions

Hall Career Pathways offers personalized and faith-based career coaching services tailored to each client’s needs. Due to the customized nature of these services, all sales are final except under the following rare circumstances:

Limited Exceptions

  • Duplicate purchases caused by technical error.
     

  • Payment charged in error without service delivery.
     

  • Cancellation made within 24 hours of purchase before services have started.
     

Requests meeting the above criteria must be submitted in writing to Hall Career Pathways within 24 hours of purchase.

Processing of Exceptions

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
     

  • Any non-refundable processing fees from the payment provider will be deducted.
