My name is Lisa Hall, founder of Hall Career Pathway LLC. I hold a
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Human Resources) and
an Associate Degree in Business Administration, with over 26 years of
experience in Human Resources, including roles as Supervisor and
Analyst. I’m currently preparing for retirement and have turned my
passion for helping others into a business that changes lives.
Over the years, I have provided resume development, interview
coaching, and mock interviews with friends, coworkers, and job seekers.
I’ve found joy in helping others see their worth and get hired into
positions they once thought were out of reach. One of my most fulfilling
experiences was working in our HR headquarters where I extended job
offers, guided candidates through onboarding, and supported them
through salary negotiations—a role that confirmed my calling to help
others secure meaningful employment.
